I feel fortunate to have played various types of games(from ASL, Car Wars, Richthofen's War and now Terraforming Mars)with two Ladyfriends. Women can be very good tacticians and strategists. They percieve slightly differently and will always surprise you. |

The group I play with did have a female member before I started to play with them. To the best of my knowledge, none have attended any of our games since I've played with them. Until that happens I couldn't say. I think it probably also depends on the female wargamer's expectations and how we lived up to that. |

Yep – we don't currently have any female members but every now and then a spouse shows up and the lads have been very welcoming – as they were when I bought our youngest ("the Little Price") a few years back when he was 12 (the game of the day was Eating Hitler – a lot of fun) |
