A sin of Omission? Clearly, the Royal Scots Dragoon Guards playing Amazing Grace deserve nomination.

Untill recently it would have been The Black Watch (my old regiment) but with a reduction in funding, and number of players it no longer fits. Perhaps, The Royal Regiment of Scotland band will replace it in my love but has not yet fully all together and still feals like bits of bands put together.

In the meantime I'll put forward Bagad de Lann-Bihoué link as my other.

One of the advantages of living in Hampton Roads, Virginia. Every spring there is the International Tattoo. We get to see lots of very good military bands every April. Not as many bands this year from overseas, but still an interesting selection.

I was asleep at the switch and should have cast a vote for Deutschmeister k.u.k. Wiener Regiment IR4.

I am a little surprise that the United States Army Old Guard Fife and Drum Corps wasn't on the list.
