The poll says "greater threat". If one is 2% of the global threat (assuming you could evaluate such a thing) and the other 3%, then one is greater. This poll shouldn't have "none", but should have "neither", meaning both are roughly equal, but very low as opposed to "both" which implies roughly equal and high. |

In any case, anything with a threat probability in the single digits can't logically "loom" over anything. |

I agree with the above. The poll seems poorly written when you can choose 5 options and really there is just 4 (with a few caveats and mixing) |
