Gravity had nothing to do with the Moon. It's all set in LEO. You can't get to the Moon with the ISS or any component of it. In fact, the ISS orbit would be an awful trajectory to start from in an attempt to reach the Moon— I'm not certain it could even been done with any current tech.

Moon with Sam Rockwell is exceptionally clever science fiction. The ending is a shocker, with a great slow boil through the rest. *Highly* recommended for "hard" science fiction fans, but also movie fans in general.

Hmm, Gravity wasn't even nominated. Dear Editor snuck that one in for reasons currently unknown.

Wasn't nominated in the forum discussion.

Got the hots for Sandra Bullock?

I have the hots for her in movies (loved her in While You Were Sleeping), but I don't think I'd care for her in person…

Haven't seen the movie.

Moon with Sam Rockwell was great as was A Grand Day Out staring Gromit.

Curious pollsters are curious, where and how was the supplemental nomination made?

And who didn't know it didn't involve the Moon?

Gravity is tremendous. I don't even care that it isn't about the Moon.
