I wonder if people are going off movies or books when they vote. Where eagles dare and guns of navarrone were awesome movies but good novels. Cross of iron was a good movie but an awesome book. Twelve o clock high was awesome at both! My 2¢ Joe |

Movies and novels are different things. I voted for novels, rather than entertaining movies. I only wish that "War and Remembrance" had made it to the finals. |

I've read a few of these books, but not watched any movies based on them, so I'm pretty sure I'm voting for the books. |

I'm voting for books. With a choice of 5 votes in each round, I haven't had to choose a favourite one yet from among the ones I've read. : 3 If this is the final round, it's unusual to still be at a choice of 5. |
