Oddly enough, Rorke's Drift is one of my LEAST Favorite convention games.
It was a game where you had to draw cards to permit an elementary action.
I was manning a wall. Zulus had broken through and were in my rear.
I didn't have the card that would allow me to turn around and fire. I had 3 Volley cards.
John Zulu didn't have card to allow him to charge me in the rear.
I finally drew a Change Formation card, turned around and blasted John Zulu with three volleys.

After the game, the GM excitedly asked us how "realistic" it seemed. He did not like our answers.

I've only ever played Circus Maximus from this list. No elaborate terrain at all— just a large, paper oval divided into segments as per the board game— but the minis were nicely painted. It was a hoot, and I'd gladly play it again.

Circus Maximus is always an entertaining convention game, and not GM dependent!

Perhaps the Zulus were just waiting for you to stop singing….
