Seven of Nine isn't TNG.

Of the Voyager crew, only Janeway and The Doctor showed up.
The Doctor(but not the real Voyager doctor) had a cameo in First Contact.
Janeway had a cameo in Nemesis.

The actor who played Tuvok played an evil mercenary in the TNG episode "Starship Mine" Where Picard John McClained all the mercenaries. And so he died.

Data was well written and acted. Too many sci-fi Android characters are poorly performed; Data was the exception and acted like how you would expect an android to act (mostly).

Voyager seemed more like a soap opera than a sci-fi adventure.
