I voted

a few of my minis have interchangeable parts
because I have a couple of artillery carriages that can host either a gun barrel or a howitzer barrel as needed.

I have some loose elephant crew that can be replaced with different, er, elephant crew. Javelins, pike, or bow, for Carthaginian or Ptolemaic armies.

I have tried with some minis to have parts held together with magnets in order to change crews, weapons and other things. It worked after a fashion but never really carried on past a few as experiments.

I don't have minis and my figures generally don't have interchangeable parts.

My mother had a Mini, many, many years ago. That was the only Mini that's ever been in the family. The parts would have been interchangeable, just as on all machinery.
