I've played on one a number of times. Been used from Sci-Fi settings to the Sudan to the veldt of Africa (terrain placed over the piles of skulls. Handy, packs up well, but kinda heavy. Convenient with it's built in hills…..

Construction, quality, durability: 10
Design: (a third have two many skulls) rounds down to a 6
Cost: prohibitive 0

I think overall it's 7. My personal financial position can't have any bearing on a product whose creation I've had no involvememt with.

A lost opportunity. The skulls littered everywhere really spoiled them.

I think it looks good, overall. But it is not for me. I prefer a nice quality playing mat that doesn't require me to paint it first, that deadens the sounds of falling dice, and upon which I can place all the terrain I want.

I don't like having built in slopes (for example).

For well under half the price, I could have a nice mousepad type mat that I can roll out, and place my dwelings, hills, trees and rivers upon, not to mention other scatter terrain.

It's a solid table, but it's slippery and is way too expensive for what it is. I rate it a 4.
