If they mean Animal Crackers by the Marx Brothers, then that ain't a musical. Having a couple of songs doesn't make a movie a musical.

I just remember his mother getting shot! 🤷 Strangely enough… The "famous" Iowa schoolteacher who had sex with a 17yo boy and was fired, went to work as a stripper, under the name of Bambi.

American Graffiti was a musical? Bambi was a musical? Animal Crackers was a musical? Blues Brothers was a musical? None of these are musicals. Just because they sing some songs or has a sound track doesn't make it a musical.

Old Contemptible, Bambi is considered a musical, but not in the modern sense. Blues Brothers definitely is a musical. Remember Aretha Franklin's huge song and dance number? I haven't seen the other two on your list, so no comment.
