Military and ex-military probably have a substantial edge on this one. Few things encourage gaming like a hardship tour in the ROK, and one of them is having playing a "Cold War Gone Hot" game as assigned duty in Germany. In later life, I was actually assembling a duffle bag army for a tour in Afghanistan when someone else got the contract.

Been to six for work but only got to game on two.
( Missed the seventh when the C 130 broke in New Zealand)

For those that are more than 2 I would like to know which continents.
I've played in both North and South America as well as Europe.

OC,
Very cool. Was it a naval game though?

Joe,

It was board wargames and yes we played "Midway", "Ca", Wooden Ships and Iron Men" and other naval games but mostly land games, Afrika Korps, Panzer Armee Afrika, "D-Day" "Napoleon at Leipzig" "Russian Campaign" "Winter War" Civil War Quad Games etc. I think we had three Marines, me and another Sailor. Work schedules constantly got in the way. I don't think all of us were avaliable at any one time.

I wasn't into miniatures yet. But you could only play small skirmish games with miniatures and you couldn't leave it set up and come back to it. I think you could do small naval miniature games but it never occurred to us. Board Games were better suited for sea duty.

The old AH Midway on an aircraft carrier would be awesome! I am jealous.
