its market garden technically the same as Arnheim?

No, Market Garden was the whole campaign to cross the Rhine. Arnheim was the northern most of the three bridges that needed to be secured, hence the moniker "A Bridge too Far."

Arnheim would be a tactical level battle while the campaign would be at the operational level.

Have we determined if the Arnhem entry was for 1813, 1940, 1944, or 1945?
