Alas, yes. Tis rare that those are actual problems in my gaming collection. I would call them "most amusing plastic figure pose". And snake-stabbing guyis definitely the most amusing.

In metal figure packs, the worst offender for me is the guy running around the field all battle long swinging his musket like a club. Levelled pikes, I just avoid buying completely.

Yeah, disappointing, since I'm exclusively metal, and never see those poses.
