Whatever the game rules call for. Oherwise, Smoots are the best (3cm for 28mm scale)! |

I'm sorry, but my biggest board arrangement is only 1 smoot X 2, and mostly my table is only half a smoot on a side. Fire and movement distances on a table need to be in centismoots if not millismoots. And this far from Massachusetts, do you have any idea how hard it is to find a ruler or tape scaled in millismoots? |

Other: Whatever the rules call for. For my homebrews, I typically prefer a unit to be a grid square (or hex), which can be any suitable measurement for whatever scale the player uses. |
