Well Censorship is going to win out with this.

Just to many individuals who are okay with Censoring others.

Now where will you go to debate Holocaust deniers?

Oh, that's right, just about everywhere else on the Internet, including the Blue Fez.

Robert Kennedy31 Oct 2014 11:34 p.m. PST

I gave up trying to "debate" them years ago. Their views will never change.

I agree, this should be addressed on the Blue Fez site.

How does discussion or censorship of the holocaust relate to miniatures/war games?

Isn't this a miniatures war game related site?

Why is this even being discussed?

I 'm pretty sure that , today 2014, every civilised nation have laws to punish Holocaust Denial..so..instead of transforming the moderation team of a miniature forum in a kind of comission for juridic source production without the legal skills required..i think it could be better that the moderators..as soon they notice that sort of infrigment or suspect it.to simply allert the postal police of their country (i suppose USA) that will decide if it is the case to ask immediatly the ID number…in case of this particular infrigment of law..the retaliatory act of just expulsing a member appear to me only a light trheat for the potential offender…so let do the job to the Police not the moderators

Certainly not against the law in the United States.

Some may point to that as a sign that the United States is not a "civilised nation." grin

On the contrary. Our laws permit pretty much any expression of public idiocy, thanks to the First Amendment. Not that I advocate repeal of the Amendment, but it would be nice if morons would simply shut up.
