I'd say pretty much anything by David Attenborough having grown up watching these in black and white in the 60s up to the latest HD colour stuff. Most interesting film documentary I've seen was the one in the Mad Max Blue Ray box set which went back to how the original was made. Great talks by the guys who modified the bikes, how the biker gang actually lived together and rode to the set on the film bikes, how they just shut down roads when they felt like it to film and the fake "get out of jail free" letter the producers created to avoid issues with the police. Worth the cost of the box set on it's own for a fan.
