Giant Stompy Robots™️ and AT-AT for one simple reason. How do you get them from planet where they're manufactured to the planet where they're supposed to oppress? Having said that, we had the AT-ATs in a GASLIGHT game. One in giant scale, the other in a much smaller scale. I fitted the small one with a spar torpedo. Why? Modeling challenge.
He attacked the large one, blew out its "knee", or whatever it's called on a four legged thing. Following the charts exactly, it collapsed, but right on top of the smaller one. If the real purpose of a Wargame is to entertain, that game succeeded. |
