You know, even for a TMP poll, these categories are poor--neither distinct nor clearly defined. I'm currently wrapping an SF indoor skirmish/RPG project. The figures are drawn from three or four of these distinct categories, but blend well, and rules should reflect their individual characteristics.

MiniMo, like to tell me you've never had a Star Trek away team visit the Mos Eisley Cantina? Or had a Jedi show up on Babylon 5? There are distinct SF categories, but there aren't anything like this number--say five: steampunk, near future (100 years or less) far future with FTL drive, post-Appoc, and maybe a pocket dimension for GW and imitators.

Sounds like you should propose your own poll. grin

I do mix and match different universes (especially 6mm OGRE/GW Epic/BattleTech/Renegade Legion etc), that would fall under generic.

Currently working away on a very distinctive late 1960s look as envisioned in the early 60s for a specific retro SF look.
