If hidden in a Parasol, then yes, most definitely it is a concealed weapon. But, if hidden in an umbrella, then no way Jose'. However, I'm still on the fence if applying this to a Bumbershoot. |

Other = place it in a folding fan. Folding fans are weapons, and so cannot be a hidden weapon. |
