Interesting. I've read 13 of the nominees, but I scrambled a little to find five I thought might make movies or TV shows I'd enjoy. Some of that's taste, of course. But I also suspect about one nomination in four came from someone who enjoyed a book or series and nominated it without thinking too hard about things which work in one medium not working in another. |

You could probably make a decent move out of Tau Zero, but it's only too easy to imagine a trainwreck when someone tries to turn it into a Hollywood blockbuster. |
