I tried dehumidified water once, but the brush went all hard and couldn't be used again …

Yeah only those of us who live in the country will check the "Well Water" option, but many might check "Tap Water", instead. Depends upon how finely they want to split the hairs on their paint brushes… Cheers!

I use plain H2O, fresh from the tap – good for drinking, good for brush cleaning.

I really try not to use my cup of tea…..

My Scotch and water, but only after I've had 3 or 4 of the aforementioned.
