It's still Tennessee. But that glorious state having been removed from the final round, I chose Texas, with Montana being a distant second (I prefer somewhat warmer winters). |

A third world nation is less likely to be targeted. A third world nation already IS collapsed. By definition, they are regions were survival is in question every day. And that's not going to get better if the rest of the world falls— instead, it will get worse, because third world regions are heavily dependent on the charity/political bribery ("foreign aid") of 1st world nations. No, they won't be targeted, but then there's nothing there to target. |
