My (very few) naval have waves on their bases, but they're neither 3D nor painted: I bought paper with a sea surface printed on it and put on top of the base. |

I was lured to open this topic because I thought it would about "women warriors" of the Navy. They were still called "Waves" back in the prehistoric days when I served. |
