We play so many different gaming periods and rules that sometimes we accidentally import a rule from one set into another. Can sometimes cause a lot of confusion.

More looking at the Historical and Napoleonic especially, the games at some clubs I played at would work out almost exactly the same every week/month; Due partly to the sort of players who *insist* on re-rolling when history "isn't followed correctly".

The guys play a range of games but we do a lot of Wings of War and Blucher – which is fine by me

We play some games for a few months then cycle in others.

Reverse problem – too many rulesets that we don't become highly proficient in anything specific. We always play something new.

I'd be a solo gamer before I played with people like that. Why do people tolerate it?
