These are all pretty good films but for me nothing beats William Holden saying "If they move, kill 'em." in the opening sequence of The Wild Bunch.

Butch in Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid … "What would you think about maybe asking us to stick around?" The question alone is classic for the beginning of a movie, especially when considering the themes explored.

And the closing line, again by Butch … "For a moment there I thought we were in trouble."
