Not knowing what a Eurogame is, I looked it up. The ever reliable Wikipedia had an article about them. It put me to sleep. I guess it's fine for a bunch of Millennials, but as Arlo said just before he got out on the Group W Bench, "I wanna kill!" |

Voted a 1. I play a lot of board games, and the hard core Eurogames are my least favourite. I might play one to be sociable, especially if it's one I haven't played before. Most of them, I would rather stuff cupcakes in my eye than play again. For my tastes, the heavy resource management games boil down to math tests thinly disguised as a game; and ultimately play like a solitaire tournament where there is minimal player interaction and you tally up the score at the end. |

Solitaire tournaments? There's such a thing? |

Eurogames have persuaded me that there is indeed such a thing! Player interaction can get nigh unto homeopathic levels with those things. Everyone is playing the same game, and scoring points, and declaring a winner even. : 3 |

My family been playing settlers of Catan for 12 years now the interesting part was if one sibling is bent on the destroying the other siblings empire, all that happens is first sibling will definitely lose. No there more like "business" for lack of a better word, you don't crush your enemies you just screw them over. |

There are a few really great games….and a huge pile of "yawn" games. Which make me a 3. |

Watching grass grow or paint dry holds more interest than Euro games. |

98% of everything, incl eurogames, is crud, but the remaining 2% have provided me a lot of enjoyment over the years. |
