The best system for signing up for games wasn't H-Con in the 90s, it was Twister-Con. The main convention of the now defunct HMGS Tornado Alley. They would simply put out clip boards with sign up sheets night before and leave them their until they filled up. Since most of the games got set up the night before or the morning of, you could check out the games before you sign up. It sounds crazy but it worked like a charm. HMGS East Conventions are too big for that but man did that work well. |
