For those who don't know the format – a man goes in a restaurant and tries to win a T-shirt by eating one of:

• a huge pile of carbs – say, 4 lbs of fries plus some bread and a pile of meat
• a small amount of meat covered in a ridiculously large amount of super hot chili sauce
• a huge pile of something possibly also covered in chili sauce, with a ridiculously short timescale
• 6 lbs of ice cream, with very little time. maybe washed down with a homemade ice-cream-based milkshake… and fries, why not, fries with everything
