My wife and I just saw this new Hugh Jackman movie. It is a murder mystery in which Jackman's sheep flock (one ewe named Lily in particular) solve the murder of their shepherd (Jackman). She and I thought it was very well done with almost seamless integration of live action and CGI. It was a nice way to spend part of the afternoon. Recommended!!

Hugh Jackman has a very wide range of film credits – I can't off hand think of someone who does this kind of relatively light drama, musicals, superhero films and super sweary satires of super hero movies. He was good in Song Sung Blue as half of thunder & lightning, an aging Neil diamond tribute act. He certainly avoids being typecast.
