"It has already been announced that the upcoming fourth and fifth seasons of STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS will be the final ones, but now it has also been announced that the official date for the launch of the fourth season will be July 23rd with new episodes streaming weekly on Paramount Plus. The streamer has also released first images from the new season featuring Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck and others who have already shot both final seasons earlier last winter. The final season will have only six episodes, while the fourth one will have the usual ten. It is not impossible that the series might birth a spin off in which Paul Wesley takes over Enterprise as Captain Kirk after guest starring in this series. You can see him in one of the season four images today together with Dan Jeannotte who plays his brother Sam Kirk, a regular crew member of Enterprise. We also know that Thomas Jane will join the last season next year as Doctor Bones and Kai Murakami as Sulu.
IN THE FOURTH SEASON the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise – led by Captain Christopher Pike – embark on a series of thrilling and emotional adventures across the stars. As they
journey to strange new worlds, they will battle inner demons and external threats, encounter colorful new characters, reunite with familiar faces and confront terrifying aliens. Through it all, they strive to embrace a bright, hopeful future.
