The Vale was conquered when the King's mother, the Regent, rushed in to the tower to find him sitting in Visenya's lap. "Mommy? Can I ride a dragon? Queen Visenya said she would let me sit beside her! Please?" (With Vhagar purring like a massive kitten.)
