"Ever wondered what a Nicolas Cage performance as Jesus' father, Joseph, would look like? Or, for that matter, how FKA twigs would portray Mary? If so, I'm happy to report that you'll get to see exactly that in The Carpenter's Son, a film where Joseph and Mary try to keep a young Jesus (Noah Jupe) devout to their faith. A demon (Satan themself, perhaps?), however, has other plans for Jesus, a young man who at the very least appears to have the power of necromancy based on the trailer released today…"
