In the trailer, I think the reference to "you illegally entered a country" is about the country where he stopped a war, not his usa citizen status. Superman needed to be reminded that he needs to carry a passport, get his visas in place and get in line at the Customs and Immigration control. Advice a lot of Superheroes could use. On a more general point, well, he definitely wasn't born in the usa. Did the Kent's ever fill out the paperwork? Is Clark Kent using falsified paperwork? It's a can of worms… |
