Always liked his work, especially in "Congo" and as a Bond villain, where he was a miniature gamer. I didn't know he was a fellow Texan. Been through his home town several times.

Yes, not only was he a Bond villain but in was a CIA agent in two of them!

He also appeared as a character actor in three different James Bond movies, including 1987's "The Living Daylights" starring Timothy Dalton, 1995's "GoldenEye" and 1997's "Tomorrow Never Dies" opposite Pierce Brosnan.

The latter two were where he was a CIA agent.

I think he was the only actor to play both a villain and a "good guy" in separate Bond movies, which just goes to show his versatility.
