"Max has released new trailer and February 16th streaming start date for the third season of THE WHITE LOTUS set this time in Thailand. Leslie Bibb plays Kate, one of three long-time friends on a girls' trip after not having seen each other for a while. Carrie Coon is Laurie, Michelle Mona- ghan is Jaclyn, her friends. Walton Goggins is Rick Hatchett, a rugged man with a chip on his shoulder, traveling with his girlfriend Chelsea. Sarah Catherine Hook is Piper Ratliff, a college senior and middle child to Timothy and Victoria Ratliff (Parker Posey), a religion studies major, while Jason Isaacs is Timothy Ratfliff, a wealthy businessman vacationing with his wife and three children. Lisa Manobal is Mook, one of the health mentors for guests. Sam Nivola is Lochlan Ratliff, Timothy and Victoria Ratliff's youngest, a high school senior.
Lek Patravadi is Sritala, one of the owners of The White Lotus and the visionary behind its wellness program. Natasha Rothweel is Belinda, spa manager from The White Lotus in Hawaii. Patrick Schwarzenegger is Saxon Ratliff, the eldest son of Timothy and Victoria Ratliff, Saxon works for his father's successful company. Coon, Goggins and Posey make most films watchable. Watched the first lotus, a bit of the 2nd and I'm still not sure what was going on. |

Evidently, Season 1 was in Taormina in Sicily. Great place….spoiled by the TV show. It's now full of rich, entitled tourists. Prices have gone up & the locals spoiled. I will admit, going to an opera in the Greco-Roman amphitheatre there last year was a highlight. Slightly marred by tourists walking out, bored, I guess, constantly during the performance. No class. |
