I have had trouble loading web pages on my PC with Windows 10 for about a month. I have to restart and it will eventually load. Once on a website, whenever I try to click on a page within the website. Sometimes I have to restart just to get to a website. I had to restart twice to pull up TMP.

I have tried it on Chrome, Bing, Google, Safari, and several other browsers, but the results are consistently the same. I've cleared the cache, turned off my VPN, and updated Windows. I also ran my security program, which found no issues.

Recently, I've been having problems with my Android phone. I can get search results and click on a website, but when I try to load any pages within the website, I get a completely blank page.

Any suggestions would me much appreciated.

I too have a similar problem.
I'm running Windows 11, up to date, and use Edge.
Perhaps the Internet is broken?

It could be something not under your control. Not every website has huge bandwidth. Is it just a single web site or all pages?

Run a speed test to see what your bandwidth is. Are you wired to your modem/router or are you wireless?

Try turning off the wifi on your phone and use your cellular connection for a comparison.

How old is your modem? Check with your ISP to see if yours is not fast enough for your service. Is there anything else using your internet connection? Streaming, file transfers to the cloud? I have had Zoom calls drop because my wife was streaming Netflix.

It's every site. WIFI and Internet service are with Comcast. Speed is good.
