"SET IN 2037 this seven episode series sees a Norway that has severed all ties with the rest of the world. The decision to isolate, made by a Norwegian government led by members of the Our Way party, came after various crises had plagued countries across Europe (and the world) for years. Surrounded by an enormous wall, the nation has become entirely self-sufficient, and the fortunate inhabitants enjoy sheltered lives in a self-sustaining Nordic paradise. Then there are those on the other side of the wall: the non-Norwegian people held in refugee camps, surrounded by barbed wire and armed soldiers. When a deadly pandemic breaks out and affects Norway's food supply, a government advisor states that the cause came "from the outside, of course." But did it, really?
