I have just heard the very sad news that Tony Anderson, owner and proprietor of Navwar, has passed away. Tony's models have been a constant in many naval wargamers lives for decades. I am sure we will all want to pass on our deepest condolences to his family. May he rest in peace and in our memories.

I am sorry to hear that, I met him once when I had a couple day layover in London – I managed to get out to his store the day it was open. I didn't realize how lucky I was until years later. He was super-helpful.

That is sad news – it's strange to contemplate a world without NavWar.

Tony was a brilliant man and a gentleman. We will miss him here at the Viking Forge.

Very sad news. His ships were beautiful and well-priced. I am sorry to see another pillar of our hobby pass. My condolences to his family and friends.
