It's April and I can see the hills are flowering, trees are growing new leaves, birds are dong their mating rituals and calls, and older people are complaining about the entitled, undisciplined young workers. A tale as old as time. They said the same thing about the "Millenials" and "Gen X". It is very important to ask if this is really different this time. Maybe it is, but you'll have to look carefully, because there is always plenty of evidence to support the idea that things are different now than before.
