George Segal dies at 87. In lots of WW2 movies Bridge at Remagen, the Longest Day, king Rat. as well as many other. Some favs of Mine The hot rock 1972 and the St valentines day massacres. RIP sir and thanks

A good actor that successfully passed from leading man roles to great character work as an older man. He was terrific in "King Rat." RIP |

Also a talented musician. Played with a Dixieland group on banjo,along with Conrad Janis on trombone among others. Saw him play with that band on Johnny Carson back in the 1980's Rest easy,and thanks. |
