You've probably heard about people that were "perfectly healthy" and were still killed by the Covid virus or died from a sudden heart attack. Well, chances are they were not perfectly healthy or they'd still be alive. Unfortunately, a visit to the GP and a normal lab test is not enough, as I found out.

My GP had me do a full lab blood test. It was three pages and nothing was wrong. A Chiropractor Neurologist had me do the cardiometabolic test which cost $75 USD, my healthcare plan did not cover it. It came back showing I was almost pre-diabetic and headed towards cardiovascular problems. The good news he recommended a 6-week vitamin treatment and had me eliminate cards, milk, rice, cheese, and corn because they are inflammatory. After 6 weeks I retested and everything was in the normal range, no doctor medications.

I'm 67 and am not on any medications and do a 100-mile bike ride every year. Other than some minor orthopedic procedures for some old Rugby injuries I'm fine.

You'll probably need to go to some type of Wellness practitioner and not a GP.
