Baseball has lost another legend and one of the fastest. One of the Cardinal greats.

I was able to see him play in person twice and steal 3 bases. Not only was he fast, but he studied the opposing pitchers for their "pick off" tells.

Sad to hear. I saw him in person at Wrigley. I became a Cardinals fan through him, although my fandom has taken a major hit recently
