Yes I heard that oil was at $0 USD a barrel.

Once read of a Brit, (Taxi driver?), who, hearing of impending fuel 'crisis', filled up a couple of Wheelie Bins with petrol and stashed in his house.

Well, amusing newspaper read, anyway!
Have no idea whether you CAN store petrol in a Wheelie Bin… and suggest nobody tries! LOL!
