And so far,Liverpool takes the top spot with a 2-1 win over Southampton,with Arsenal just behind (on goal difference)following another 2-1 win,this one over Burnley.. 2-1 win for Bournemouth over Villa. Brighton/West Ham,Chelsea/Leicester all square 1-1.2-2 draw for ManCity/Spurs( a 3rd goal for Citeh by Gabriel Jesus was disallowed on VAR review). Everton dings Watford 1-0,as does Sheffield Utd. over Palace. Norwich delivers 3-1 drop on Newcastle. Wolves/ManUtd play in 20 minutes.

ManCity drops Bournemouth 3-1 with Sergio Aguero contributing a brace and Bournemouth player daniels was taken off the pitch with an injury. 2-0 wins for Southampton and Villa,over Brighton and Everton,respectively. Brighton forward Florin Andone got a straight red card late in the first half. Chelsea edged Norwich 3-2. 1-0 to Newcastle over Spurs,Harry Kane missing some crucial shots,Leicester tops Sheffield 2-1 as do Palace over ManUtd. , and Liverpool tops Arsenal 3-1,Mo Salah delivering a brace. Goonahs keep the Reds from the clean sheet ,though.

And quite the weekend as Norwich tops ManCity 3-2,Arsenal draws 2-2 w/Watford,a 4-0 thumping by Spurs over Palace,3-1 to Bournemouth over Everton,1-1 draw for Brighton/Burnley,Wolves go down 5-2 to Chelsea(Tammy Abraham providing a hat trick for the Blues but also an own goal for Wolves),Liverpool 3-1 over Newcastle,ManUtd. edging Leicester 1-0,ditto to Southampton over Sheffield-who played a 10 man squad in the final minutes after the Blades' Billy Sharp lunged spikes up into Armstrong from the Saints,and was red carded. All square 1-1 for Wolves/Palace;Wolves also playing a man short as Roman Saiss was given a second yellow/red card for tripping Wilfred Zaha. ManCity managed a 3-0 win over Villa,in spite of Citeh's also being short as Fernandinho was sent off late in the second half/ 3-2 to Brighton over Everton,both sides with at least one "own goal". Not a sausage for Watford/Bournemouth and 1-1 draws for West Ham/Sheffield and Newcastle/Wolves(with the Geordies also playing short as Sean Longstaff was sent off in the second half on a dangerous,though not deliberate, tackle,with a straight red card.)Chelsea tops Burnley 4-2,courtesy of a Pulisic hat trick. 2-2 draw for Arsenal/Palace,Liverpool remains on top 2-1 over Spurs; thanks to a Henderson equalizer and later, a Mo Salah penalty kick into the net. Watford managed a 2-0 win over Norwich in spite of playing short as Christian Kabasele was sent off in the 65th minute on a second yellow card following a serious lunge on the Canaries' Drmic. Son Heung-Min returned to the pitch following last week's incident and scored a goal for the Spurs,ending in a 1-1 draw for them and Sheffield. Burnley thumped West Ham 3-0(Hammers' Roberto Jimenez with an own goal),Chelsea 2-0 over Palace,Liverpool remains at the top with 3-1 win over ManCity. Newcastle 2-1 over Bournemouth, ditto Everton over Southampton and Wolves over Villa. Leicester over Arsenal 2-0 and 3-1 to ManUtd over Brighton(with an own goal by Brighton's Davy Propper) International break this weekend.

Everton's boss's job is also on the line as the Toffees get dropped by Leicester 2-1(with the Foxes late second half winning goal being reviewed by VAR;which went to Leicester, the review filling a good bit of second half stoppage time). 2-2 draw for ManCity/Newcastle,2-0 to Palace over Burnley. Liverpool,even minus keeper Alisson,who was red carded in the middle of the second half,still managed a 2-1 win over Brighton. ;vanDijk(Liverpool) scoring both Reds' goals. A close one for Spurs as they edge Bournemouth 3-2(with Dele-Alli knocking in a brace. All square 2-2 for Arsenal/Norwich as well as 2-2 for ManUtd./Villa, and a 1-1 draw for Wolves/Sheffield. 1-0 to West Ham over Chelsea.

Apologies for the delay. Weather and health challenges. But here's last weekend's results/ ManCity 3-0 on Arsenal,with Citeh's Kevin DeBruyne knocking a brace in. To start;Liverpool/West Ham was postponed due to the Reds being in the FIFA Club World Cup in Qatar. However,they did win against Brazilian side Flamengo,1-0 and won the title. Now to the weekend results,there was trouble afoot during the match with Chelsea/Spurs after Spurs' Son Heung-Min was red carded in the second half for kicking Chelsea's Antonio Rudiger in the upper torso,causing injury to the ribs. And then came some more ethnic slurs and objects tossed onto the pitch which resulted in at least 3 announcements over Hotspur Stadium PA systems concerning verbal and other forms of ethnicity based abuse from spectators. Chelsea won the match,2-0. Other results. 1-0 wins for Burnley over Bournemouth,Newcastle over Palace,Sheffield over Brighton. 0-0 draw for Arsenal/Everton. 2-1 to Wolves over Norwich,3-1 wins for ManCity over Leicester and Southampton over Villa. 2-0 win for Watford over ManUtd.
