Tourist police have arrested two American tourists in Pattaya who have graffitied walls and a pickup truck in Bangkok last week.

A 24 year old woman and 28 year old man, both from the US, were arrested in Pattaya last night…

Is it Indonesia which uses flogging as a punishment?

I recall the outcry years ago when an American youth
was given that punishment for an infraction.

Had the parents administered same years before, the
latter-day punishment might not have been necessary
but of course we don't know.
