So my neighbor 4 houses down is having a tag sale. I don't do tag sales – just never have the time to stop. I'm getting out of my car and a box sitting by itself on one of the tables on their front lawn catches my eye. I walk over examine the box, open it, check. There is no tag on it so I ask. My neighbor says the post it note must have come off, its – $5.00 USD (!). This game has been on my list for years. Trying to find a copy in excellent to mint condition is difficult and usually when you do it's very expensive! The box has wear and tear but it completely intact with no blown corners – components are mint. Today turned out to be a good day!

Bill: that was my reaction too! John: absolutely! I'm a player not a collector. I'm an F1/GT fan so this game is a natural fit. Boardgamegeek has files and mods. for additional cars so I'm all in. |

45thdiv: when I walked over I asked immediately if he was a gamer. I really don't know the guy other than to wave to, say good morning, etc. He said the games he was selling were his brother's who had passed away. It was a large collection of Avalon Hill classics. |

Tumbleweed: yes! I've already played several times and it's a really fun game. Only 4 pages of rules but each player has to make interesting choices each turn based on the car they are driving. Four of us will be playing this Saturday. The plastic cars included with the game scale out to 1/300 and I'm looking at replacing them with 3D printed F1 and GT models. |

Make the track a bit bigger and go out and get some of these.
They are cheap and already painted. Oh and come in many different colors and styles. |

Those are all Hot Wheels cars. Is LeMans the precursor to Speed Circuit? It looks an aweful lot like it is why I ask. I own an original Speed Circuit game with the metal F1 cars. |
