Betteridge's law of headlines is an adage that states: "Any headline that ends in a question mark can be answered by the word no."

That is the fluffiest thing I've read in a while. Lots of posed but unanswered questions, lots of "may" sentences… a study of 10 people?!?

Personally, I think every person is different, we all need to learn how to function at our best. The less help we get from "journalists" the better.
