I've followed totalbiscuit since the early days on Youtube, one of the biggest YouTubers in the gaming community, over 2 million subscribers.
The man was the definition of integrity, a constant watchdog for consumer rights.
He made gaming critiques and ran the weekly co-optional podcast.

There are no other people I've never met I respected more than him.

Some years back he was diagnosed with colon cancer, after beating it, it was discovered it had spread to his liver. Giving him a death sentence, but after years of treatment, it looked like he was going to beat it. Then it started to spread and no treatment worked, just a month ago he learned his liver was to far gone for experimental treatment and he had come to terms with his impending death but hoping to get a few more months.

He died on May 24th just 33 years old.
He was less than a year older than me.
He leaves behind a wife and a young boy.

Wow. That sucks. He steered me away from a lot of bad games. Didn't know he was sick. Funny and very helpful fellow. RIP indeed.
