I guess testing or harvesting tissues from cloned humans comes with too much red tape: link I got nothing good to say about this, so I'll just keep my trap shut. Dan |

When I hear the word chimera, this is what comes to mind … someone worse, with even less scruples, taking this matter even further: imdb.com/title/tt1017460 Dan |

I think Dan's movie example is closer to what is happening in this story. I'm guessing wealthy individuals, in the future, will be growing and maintaining clones of themselves for organ harvesting. This will give the general public the heebie-jeebies and doing the same with animals may be more palatable to some. Sounds creepy, until you suffer from end stage liver failure and don't have a twin handy. Then you may feel differently. I feel this will become an inevitability. |
