I'll have to watch. Patriots find a way… |
Winston Smith | 21 Jan 2018 8:23 p.m. PST |
The only question will be if the Patriots can come back after being down 28-3 at the half. |

I'm a Eagle's fan, think this team is too magical not to win |

I'm looking forward to the new Doritos commercial. And this is why: YouTube link |

They said we couldn't beat the falcons, then they said we couldn't beat the Vikings, now they are saying we can't beat the patriots. This team is for real. My first eagles game was in franklin field in 1960. Fly eagles fly. TIG |

If the Eagles Defence play like they did Sunday they might just do it. In any case I hope the First Half is closer than last year. I got bored and stopped watching! We all know what happened when play resumed. |

So what's the NFL's problem now, with the ads by veteran groups? link Does the NFL really need to be acting up like that now, of all times? Dan PS. Though, from what I've noticed elsewhere, I imagine that those addicted to the playoffs won't really care about "little" things like that. |

Meh. They started kneeling, I stopped watching. And, it appears so did millions of other Americans. Dave |

Yep, lots of folks have stopped watching the NFL. And the NBA, MLB, the NHL etc., etc. Even college football has suffered a drop in viewers. It is difficult to really measure the drop, given the use of DVR's and streaming to various devices which are not traditional outlets (TV's, that is) but the NFL still outdraws any other sport in the US. Worldwide, of course, the mantle seems to belong to soccer/futbol (which has its own set of issues). |

Yes the other website I go to has dropped football talk, but can say Philadelphia has lit up a lot of new green the last couple of weeks. |

I have been watching, and following my team (New England Patriots) all season. I was lucky enough to get tickets to take my son to a game this year on his birthday. All home games are still sold out by the way. We had an incredible time. Now they have made it to the playoffs at the Superbowl. I am incredibly excited that the team may go three championships in three years and back to back wins. An amazing run for any team in this era of salary caps and free agency. Looking forward to a hard fought game against a great Eagles team. And hope there are no injuries. |

Surprisingly close and enjoyable game for a neutral. Well done to Philadelphia for keeping the momentum they built up in the playoffs going into the final game and breaking the SB drought. Play of the game the sack/fumble by Philly to take the ball back. What a time to finally get to Brady. Gary |
